Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted on all standard orders as long as the original item is returned to in unused condition within 90 days of purchase. Item/s will be inspected before a refund is awarded. Unless the refund is due to a mistake in production, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Should the refund request be due to an error by Custom Woodturning, please contact us directly to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
